Online Banking Services
You can use Online Banking to check your Premier Community Bank account balances, view histories, transfer funds between your Premier Community Bank accounts and make stop payment requests. With our Premier Community Bank E-Pay option, you can pay bills from your Premier Community Bank accounts in the amounts and on the dates you request.
Enrollment is easy. Simply complete the enrollment form off our website and return it to our offices or stop in and complete a form in person. Upon our receipt of your signed enrollment request, we will complete the enrollment and send you a welcome letter with sign-on instructions. For security purposes, your initial User ID and password will be sent to you in separate mailings.
Hours of Access
Premier Community Bank’s Online Banking is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
Same Day Transaction Cut-Off Time
Transfers initiated through Online Banking before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on a business day are posted to your account the same day. Transfers completed after 5:00 p.m. on a business day, or on Saturday, Sunday or a banking holiday will be posted on the next business day.
Overdrafts (Order of Payments, Transfers and other Withdrawals)
If your account has insufficient funds to perform all electronic fund transfers you have requested for a given business day, then: (a) Electronic funds transfers involving currency disbursements, like ATM withdrawals will have priority; (b) Electronic fund transfers initiated through Online Banking which would result in an overdraft of your account may, at our discretion, be cancelled and (c) In the event that electronic fund transfers initiated through Online Banking which would result in an overdraft of your account are not cancelled, overdraft charges may be assessed pursuant to the terms of the deposit agreement for that account.
Cancellation of Service
If you choose to cancel your Online Banking service, any unprocessed payments will be cancelled. Premier Community Bank will cancel your Online Banking service within (2) business days from the date we receive your written request to discontinue the service. If you close your primary checking account, your Online Banking service will end and any unprocessed payments will be cancelled.
Your Agreement to These Terms and Conditions
By accessing any page of this site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site. These Terms and Conditions do not modify or supplement any existing agreement that we may have with you and is not intended to be incorporated as part of any agreement between us.
